B&B Arrival Day Information

Payment – we take payment in full before you arrive.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm – if you arrive earlier please feel free to check the key safe box – if your key is in the box, you can check in.

Key safe boxes – as  you walk from the Victoria Inn car park to the pub the building on your left is the B&B with microbrewery.  The key safe boxes are located on the B&B side wall, simply look  left when walking from the car park.  To open the key safe box, pull down the grey cover with your room name on and enter the code provided, at the time of booking.  Next squeeze both grey side buttons for the box to open.  The silver key accesses the B&B main door and the gold key is your room key.

Check out is by 10am on the day of your departure.

Breakfast – is a breakfast basket which is delivered to the B&B foyer every evening. Typically the basket will contain cereal, milk, juice, pastries, yoghurt and fruits.​​

Currently there is no daily housekeeping  – we will not enter your room for the duration of your stay, alternative procedures are in place.

Our B&B booking terms & conditions.

These are the terms and conditions that apply when you reserve a room at The Victoria Inn B&B. They apply to all online bookings at thevictoriainnroch.com and all bookings made directly with the Victoria Inn B&B and indirectly through our affiliates.

By making a reservation you are accepting these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and you should therefore check them each time you make a reservation.  The terms and conditions applying to your reservation will be those in place on the date that you make your reservation.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Payment is made in full at time of booking your reservation.

We accept credit/debit card payments via www.thevictoriainnroch.com.  If you need to cancel your booking you may incur credit card service charges due to the card transactions processing fees and/or any third-party booking charges.

Please check that the details of your booking are complete and accurate before you confirm your reservation. We will not be liable if you provide us with incorrect information.

We will confirm our acceptance of your booking by sending you an email to the email address that you provide during the reservation process. The contract between us for the provision of your room will be formed when you receive this email
confirmation from us.

If you think that there is a mistake in your booking or if you require any changes to a confirmed reservation, please contact us.
Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate at the time of your reservation.

*At certain times of the year we may increase minimum stays to 2 or 3 nights. If you find this to be the case and you are interested in a shorter stay please get in touch as we might be able to accommodate.​

If you have any particular dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking your room


The maximum room occupancy is two adults.  We do have one travel cot on site for those travelling with a baby, but no linen is provided.  Please contact us direct if you require this.

Any room damage or breakages during your stay will be subject to charge.


Car Parking.
Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk. We do not accept responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.  We do have a CCTV security camera overlooking the car park.

Checking In and Out
Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival, however if you arrive early please try your key safe box and if the room key is there you may check-in. A key safe system is in place for your convenience. Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

You must not:

  • smoke anywhere inside the premises. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes.  Permitted smoking areas will be identified on site. Smoking on premises outside of the designated smoking area will result in a £100 fine;
  • bring any pets into the B&B premises.
  • bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment onto the premises;
  • use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as toasters, mini cookers or portable grills;
  • tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment;
  • remove, damage or destroy any property;
  • use any of the technology provided to download or access any unlawful or obscene material; or
  • cause unreasonable disturbance to our other guests or any staff.
  • If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the B&B, other guests or their property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay the Victoria Inn B&B on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.

You and the members of your group must not resell or transfer your reservation (or any part of it) nor advertise, market or otherwise offer any Victoria Inn B&B room for sale. We will not honour any reservations made in this way and do not accept any liability for doing so.​

Cancellation Policy.

If you need to cancel a reservation please call/email us as soon as possible. If we are notified 14 days prior to the booking a full refund* will be given.  Cancellation after this date you will be charged 50% of your stay*. Cancellation with only 7 days prior to your booking no refund will be given.

*less any card transaction processing fees or any third party booking charges which we may have incurred.

Our right to cancel.  Events outside our control.

We may cancel your reservation if an event outside of our control (including industrial action, explosion, fire, flooding, and failure of power and/or water supplies or emergency evacuation) means that we are unable to make your room available to you. In this case we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and we will refund your payment. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by an event outside of our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
