Delivery & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately. There are a number of measures in place to confirm that a customer is eligible to purchase an age restricted item. One of these measures is asking customers to provide a name, date of birth and address during checkout for the purchase of age-restricted products.

An adult (aged 18 years or over) must sign for delivery and if no one is present at the address when the delivery is attempted, the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of delivery. 

Age Verification Required on Delivery: Our bottles, gift packs, cases and minikegs of craft ales are not for sale to people under the age of 18. To confirm the recipient is over 18 years, valid photographic ID with a date of birth may be required upon delivery. The driver will input your year of birth into their device and may then require an ID check to complete the age verification process. The driver will not be able to access your information once the delivery is complete.

Collection; – free local pickup for collection from Victoria Inn, Roch, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA62 6AW. Allow 2 business days to process order and will notify via email when ready for collection. Collection usually arranged to coincide with pub opening hours, (typically daily, Mon-Sat from 5-9pm).

Deliveries to UK mainland only (NI, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands are the main exclusions to this. Carriage is going to cost you more when shipping to or from there – contact us directly for a delivery quote)

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days, and dispatched via courier which will typically take between 2-3 days (but may take longer in busy periods or if there are exceptional circumstances).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases. If the consumer cancels an order after it has been dispatched we will not pay for the cost of the return shipment, the consumer will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the goods via recorded delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (& within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Picture evidence will be needed as well as courier confirmation for us to approve and process a refund or replacement

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
